Saturday morning I did it again. Woke up before most Parisians were going to bed and rode my bicycle from Neuilly to the Louvre and back again. As I approached the Tuileries, I saw what appeared to be a carnival… wait what? A carnival!!! Growing up in small-town Connecticut, carnival experiences fill so many spaces…
